I've had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Amy over the last 1.5 years and we have been on a journey to find her and her beautiful family a new home. Realtors United Bartender Challenge was a success! Collectively, over $12,000 was raised for the @unitedwaympc 👏🏼

Yesterday was a great day at @wvumedicinechildrens 🎉

I was honored to be a part of the grand opening of the new clinic on the 10th floor, which will be home to neuroscience related services for pediatric care. So much thought and intention went into this space and I love the West Virginia and nature-related designs and art throughout. Having seen it when it was just a construction space a few months ago, to what is now is remarkable.

There is so much good happening in this space and the kids in our community, state and region are truly receiving world-class care. Big thank you and congrats to everyone who so hard behind the scenes to make this new clinic possible! 💙💛

all the holiday cheer with my @leadershipmon crew this week! From our gift exchange to our December programming day, we did all the things! Our day started by (literally) jumping around at @launchpadwv and then visited our friends at @babylon_nightclub before exploring the incredible swimming and diving facility at Mylan Park 🥇

In the afternoon we all painted bowls at @thewow_factory 🎨 which will be used at the 2026 @emptybowlsmon fundraiser. Last but not least, we ended the day at Gene's (my first time there - I know! 🫣) ...it was a great day filled with meaningful connection to our community and each other. We have an excellent group and I'm grateful for the opportunities we are sharing together!

Credit score plays a significant role in the home-buying process. If the loan officer needs to re-pull your credit score for any reason pertaining to the loan, he or she can. I tell my clients not to use their credit cards or finance anything while buying a home.

Another great day with @leadershipmon 🤗

Today we covered government and media. We heard from local elected officials, media personalities like Hoppy Kercheval and got a behind-the-scenes look at the @cityofmorgantown which included our very own street signs! ⚠️

We also learned so much about the history of White Park and the process of reclaiming and revitalizing brownfields. I'm always amazed at how many wonderful things are happening right here in our community and how many wonderful people are hard at work everyday to make the world go round!
